Case Studies and Videos: Ready, Get Set, Go!

Automating the laptop/netbook (and soon tablet/e-reader!) checkout process has proven to be a success technologically, operationally and in terms of self-service setting the stage for a series of internal Library and University Programs that we are supporting starting in CO, CA, UT, OH , NC, VA, PA, IL, WI, MN and NY. Additional programs representing other geographies will follow. We are providing custom software integration with ILS and Student Database Systems. As soon as is practical, we will post a range of videos/case studies to document best practices.

After Pilots at the San Bernardino County Public Library System, Michigan State University, and the Brooklyn Public Library, we have transformed our business model to selling our systems along with Annual Software Licenses so that institutions know that we will always be there for them. We recognize our role in both supporting and improving on the status quo.
