Laptop/Netbook Checkout Dispensing Kiosks are a smart, space-saving award-winning (2011 Dell Mobility Challenge Winner!) approach to increasing access to mobile computing devices while at the same time, unburdening staff from the repetitive work involved with managing Manual Programs.

PC Dispensing Kiosks not only securely store, recharge and wipe clean computing devices (laptops, netbooks and soon tablets/e-readers!) but make managing a self-contained automated checkout program or supplementing a manual program easy and empowering for all involved.

Unattended systems consisting of Host Stations along with optional Add-On Companion Stations can be placed virtually anywhere with 110V power (or international equivalents) and Ethernet.

Units can be purchased as stand-alone Host Stations (see photos) containing Touchscreen and Card Swipe Reader or with optional Bar Code Reader. Add-on Companion Stations can increase the number of computing devices at one location.

Each facility chooses and controls the local software image and all computing devices are supplied with Faronics Deepfreeze as a means to reset the original software image upon each re-boot.

LaptopsAnytime's Innovative Back-End Management Control System (which can be integrating into ILS and Student Database Systems for maximum benefit) allows for audit trails and full data reporting and helps empower administrators by giving them the info they need in real-time to manage effectively.
